WARREN BUFFETT: now the world's richest man!

Move over Mr. Bill Gates! Forbes Magazine, who released the list of World's Billionaires, has now listed Mr. Warren Buffett of the United States of America with a whopping $ 62,000,000,000 or $62 Billion worth of fortune! Scary!

Warren Edward Buffett (born August 30, 1930) is an American investor, businessman and philanthropist. He is one of the world's most successful investors, the largest shareholder and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway.

Buffett is often called the "Oracle of Omaha" or the "Sage of Omaha" and is noted for his adherence to the value investing philosophy and for his personal frugality despite his immense wealth.

Buffett is also a notable philanthropist, having pledged to give away 85% of his fortune to the Gates Foundation. He also serves as a member of the board of trustees at Grinnell College

In 1999, Buffett was named the top money manager of the twentieth century in a survey by the Carson Group, ahead of Peter Lynch and John Templeton in 2007, he was listed among Time's 100 most influential people in the world. (from wikipedia.org)

Education:

University of Nebraska Lincoln - Bachelor of Arts/Science
Columbia University - Master of Science

Now, Imagine your life if you are in his position of owning/having earned $62 billion dollars. What would your normal daily life be? Would it be normal in the first place?

Me? I'd travel and circumnavigate the world! Backpacking/Travelling is my frustration. And ofcourse, I wanted to be the first Filipino to go to the moon! $62 billion is more than enough for me to be able to go to the moon, right? Hehehe!!!

  5. There daily life is not what we think of. Remember my mga jet yan, may mga business all over the world. Who knows at this time and hour nasa alapaap yan papuntang Japan meeting people after another hour papunta na naman yan sa Sweden hay nakakaumay naman diba? Ang gusto ko ako ang heiress hehe.

Back to the question...I don't think having that kind of money I will do blogging hahahaha. I don't think I knew what ordinary people are doing and I don't even think I appreciate the beauty of nature. Wonder ko nga if they have a normal life like us. If they sleep like us na parang baby at kung mag snore parang asong ulol hahaha.
